Aidan ManganDirector

Aidan, is a Director of ASMS Mechanical Services & Qualified Mechanical Engineer.
Aidan’s knowledge of the Industry is imperative in the day-to-day operations of ASMS, where he is responsible for managing the entire team, as well as overall commercial, H&S and quality performances of each project.

Aidan is heavily involved in client management and business development. He is an Executive member of CIF Cork Branch.

David NearyDirector

David, is a Director of ASMS Mechanical Services & a qualified Quantity Surveyor.
He has a Diploma in Construction Economics and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and Economics from Limerick Institute of Technology.

David oversees the development and implementation of the Company marketing, financial control, personnel, industrial relations, auditing and procurement.

Hubert BurrowsBusiness Development

Hubert is the Business Development Manager / Estimating Manager at ASMS Mechanical Services.
Having worked on some of the largest projects in Ireland over the past 20years, He brings an astute ability to prepare a successful tender.

He has excellent Account Development, Planning and Execution skills, and manages commercial contractual processes at tender award stage.

Hubert is actively involved in developing business relationships with Client-Direct, Consultant, Main Contractor organizations, through the CIF and through Business to Business networking.

Declan RyanContracts Manager

Declan, is a Contracts Manager with ASMS Mechanical Services & has been working in the Construction Industry for over 20 years. He has worked in all aspects of commercial and industrial HVAC plumbing and specialist sub-contract management.

He joined ASMS in 2010 as a Contracts Manager. Since he joined, Declan has been working on several of ASMS’s flag-ship projects in the Educational, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Declan continues to keep abreast of the latest developments in all areas of our industry, in particular in Health and Safety. He recently completed the IOSH certificate on Managing Safely in Construction in conjunction with the CIF. Declan implements LEAN / BIM construction principles into all his projects.

Mark MurphyContracts Manager

Mark, is a Contracts Manager with ASMS Mechanical Services & has over 29years experience in the industry, and his knowledge and experience is automatically respected by employees and sub-contractors working on his sites.

He has daily responsibility for Health & Safety, Quality, “JIT” Just In Time Material Procurement and Logistics, Construction program analysis and Co-Ordination with other trades on site.

Mark managed flagship projects for ASMS in all industries. More recent projects were completed in the Healthcare Industry, working in the Bon Secour Hospital in Cork and Tralee. Mark implements LEAN / BIM construction principles into all his projects.

Greg O’Leary Estimator

Greg, is an Estimator with ASMS Mechanical Services. He is a Qualified Mechanical Fitter, serving his time and gaining experience on some of the largest projects in Munster over the last 20 years including GSK, Pfizer, MS, Eli Lilly and Janssen.

His experience and knowledge of Mechanical Services puts him in a great position to develop and build Mechanical tenders relating to all Industries.

Greg assists the Construction teams on successful tenders by providing and qualifying procurement expertise.

"Bon Secours Health System appointed ASMS as Mechanical Services Sub-contractor on the extension to the operating theatre wing and associated works at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee. These works were completed in 2015 on time and within budget: with minimum disruption to the existing hospital. Bon Secours Health System were most satisfied with the performance of ASMS and would recommend ASMS for similar work."

"The mechanical services contract at the extension to the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee was recently completed by ASMS ltd. This installation was complex and included water services, heating, steam and clean steam, RO water, ventilation, air conditioning, medical gasses and ISO 8 clean rooms. The project was completed on program and without any cost overrun. We have no hesitation in recommending them for future mechanical services contracts."
